Well done! This is a fantastic list – love it! I’d add a mention if the community is pet friendly + add local pet services, dog walkers, dog parks… In many urban communities the dogs are our kids. :)

These are great ideas.   I work with a custom home builder in Gainesville, Georgia (www.sullivanforbes.com) and I am always looking for new blog topics to cover.  Sullivan & Forbes are highly skilled engineers / home builders and can cover literally every topic as it pertains to building a new home.

“Highlight a specific sub contractor (quality construction, experience, long history in the area).” This is the best that suits me. I have a bad experience before when we decided to put up our own house. We unfortunately landed on a wrong contractor that we didn’t meet our expectations.

Kristine – I agree. A skilled subcontractor can be a part of the home builder brand like any other part of marketing, and can help build trust with potential buyers. Thanks for stopping by the blog and Happy Thanksgiving! – Dawn
